(VOVworld)- President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) Dang Ngoc Tung hosted a reception for General Secretary of the World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU) George Mavrikos in Hanoi on Friday. In his address, Tung thanked the WFTU for its active support for the VGCL in recent years. He expressed his belief that the friendship and cooperation between the two sides will be deepened through the exchange of information and mutual support at international forums. George Mavrikos said that the WFTU is willing to assist the VGLC and hoped that both sides would increase the exchange of delegations and experiences to strengthen trade union organizations.
