(VOVworld) - Professor Vladimir Kolotov, Head of Ho Chi Minh Academy of the Saint Petersburg National University has praised Vietnam’s model in national interest protection.

In his comment on the political report of the 12^th national Party Congress, the professor said the Communist Party of Vietnam has been persistent to its national interest protection since its foundation in 1930.
He said 30 years of Doi Moi has yielded remarkable results. He said to protect the revolutionary outcomes and economic reform, Vietnam needs good partners. Russia is a trust worthy friend and partner of Vietnam and he hoped bilateral relations will develop further.
