Vietnam is ready to facilitate Kyushu businesses’ development in Vietnam

(VOVworld) – On Wednesday President Truong Tan Sang received a 50-member delegation from the economic organization of Japan’s Kyushu region led by President Aso Yukata to seek investment and business opportunities in Vietnam. President Sang emphasized the importance of Kyushu and said the region and Vietnam have great potential for cooperation. He said that Vietnam will seek cooperation opportunities in Japanese southern prefectures including Kyushu and will create favorable conditions for Japanese businesses to operate in existing industrial parks or build an industrial park specifically for those from Kyushu. He called for expanded cooperation in tourism, education, training, vocational training, and support industries.

Mr. Yukata said Japan wants to expand cooperation with Vietnam in high-tech agriculture and fisheries and is ready to accept Vietnamese workers.
