(VOVworld) – On Tuesday Vice-chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan received Special Advisor to the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentarian Alliance Tsutomo Takebe in Hanoi.

She praised his contributions to promoting bilateral ties in education and culture and said the Vietnam National Assembly supports parliamentary activities to increase mutual trust and understanding and deepen the two countries’ extensive strategic partnership. Takebe said his visit is to boost the implementation of the Vietnam-Japan University project and that Japan will continue to cooperate with Vietnamese agencies to develop it into an international university.
