At a forum and exhibition in Hanoi on Thursday Hung said giant groups, small and medium-sized enterprises of both countries are seeing new potentials and prospects.

Hung notes: “Vietnam will have more opportunities to introduce Japanese partners to its investment environment and preferential policies. In return, Japan will offer advanced technology applications in agriculture, traffic, environment, and climate change response which are areas of interests for many Vietnamese businesses and agencies. Vietnam can learn from Japan’s experiences in digital television content and services. In regard to personnel cooperation and development, Japan is currently Vietnam’s biggest market in software processing so it’s important to work with Japan to develop qualified manpower in the IT sector.
