(VOVworld) – The Commander of Hanoi’s High Command, General Phi Quoc Tuan, met with a delegation from the Military Command of Vientiane, Laos, led by Major General Khamhom Sengbualon  in Hanoi on Sunday. General Tuan expressed his hope that through visits and exchanges, the friendship and close relationsship between Vietnam and Laos will be further tightened. General Sengbualon, said Laos supports Vietnam in all areas in the international arena in order to better the bilateral ties.
