(VOVworld) – A workshop was held in Hanoi on Tuesday to discuss strategies for maritime economic development involving Norway’s experiences, and prospects in Vietnam.

 
Deputy Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son said that Vietnam wants to increase international cooperation in maritime economic development and that Vietnam and Norway have great potential for cooperation in this field. State Secretary of the Norwegian Ministry of Industry, Trade and Fisheries Dilek Ayhan said that maritime economic development is one of the priority areas in Norwegian-Vietnamese cooperation.
