(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung attended a working session in Rusia on Monday with petroleum company Zarubezhneft. Zarubezhneft is one of Russia’s largest oil companies and a long-standing strategic partner of Vietnam National Oil and Gas (PetroVietnam).

Mr. Dung hailed the widening cooperation between Zarubezhneft and PetroVietnam in recent years, evidenced by the good performance of the Vietsovpetro and Rusvietpetro joint ventures. He repeated the Vietnamese government’s commitment to create incentives for foreign investors in Vietnam’s petroleum sector.

On Sunday, Dung delivered a speech themed “Prospect of Vietnam-Russia Cooperation in the context of the Vietnam-Eurasian Free Trade Agreement” to the Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Forum at the Hanoi – Moscow Trade Complex.
