The exchange aims to prepare Vietnam’s police officers for their new assignments abroad, and promote closer coordination between the two Ministries in international peacekeeping efforts.
“We’ve had plenty of time to prepare mentally and emotionally. I’ve been keeping in regular contact with colleagues already stationed at the mission. During this time, I’ve had the chance to meet and work with military officers, which gave me both a broad and detailed understanding of the situation. I feel ready to take on this assignment,” said captain Tran My Linh of the MSP.
