Vietnam reports one imported case of COVID-19 on March 19 evening

(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam reported one imported case of COVID-19 on Friday evening, raising the overall infections to 2,571, said the Ministry of Health. 
The new patient is a 49 year-old Vietnamese citizen who was confirmed positive for the SARS-CoV2-virus after entering Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City. He is now is undergoing COVID-19 treatment at Cu Chi field hospital.

With the latest coronavirus case, the national infection count has gone up to 2,571, including 1,601 local infections and 970 imported cases. Total recoveries has reached 2,198, while 35 patients have died.
