(VOVworld) – Vietnam and the Republic of Korea have signed two Memorandums of Understanding on helping Hanoi host the 18^th Asian Games in 2019 and introducing track cycling to Vietnam. 

At the signing ceremony on Tuesday, Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism Hoang Tuan Anh highlighted Korean sports assistance, which has helped Vietnam improve the quality of its training. He added that Vietnam hopes to receive more support in athlete training.
