President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee (VFFCC) Tran Thanh Man made the remarks while receiving a Russian delegation led by Sergey Aleksandrovich, Deputy Chairman of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, in Hanoi on Thursday.

Man hailed the Civic Chamber’s support for Vietnamese communities in Russia, asking the chamber to continue creating favorable conditions for Vietnamese people living and studying in the country.

He also expressed hopes that both sides will accelerate cooperation and exchanges in social management to better reflect people’s voices and concerns, as well as increase their oversight of policy implementation.
