(VOVworld) - A Russian delegation led by Viacheslav Karlovich Dzirkaln, Deputy-Chief of the Federation Agency for Military Technical Cooperation is in Vietnam at the invitation of Deputy Minister of National Defence Truong Quang Khanh.  

The Vietnam-Russia Inter-Government Committee met in Nha Trang City yesterday to review the results of military technical cooperation since their meeting last November. The two sides discussed issues of mutual concern. Senior lieutenant-general Khanh and Mr Viacheslav agreed that Vietnam and Russia have developed their friendship and cooperation on par with their strategic partnership. They also discussed measures to boost military and technical cooperation between the two countries.
