Mr. Phuc said during a teleconference on Tuesday that consistent measures should be applied to ensure smooth transition and maximum security.

“An e-government will lay the foundation for a digital government and economy. It will help improve the relationship between the government, the people and businesses,” said Mr. Phuc.

Pointing out various problems in e-Government building, the PM said the number of online public services has increased, but efficiency remains low. Some documents creating the legal framework for e-Cabinet building have not been issued, he added.
