“The Ministry of Labors, Invalids, and Social Affairs is completing a plan on a database of disabled people including bomb and mine victims and will submit it to the Prime Minister. This will be a foundation to develop a united database for all ministries, agencies, and partners at home and abroad to refer to,” according to Duc.
