(VOVWORLD) -Permanent Representative of Vietnam to the United Nations, Ambassador Dang Hoang Giang affirmed Vietnam’s strong support for multilateralism at the UN Security Council’s ministerial-level open debate in New York on Tuesday.

He highlighted Vietnam’s active participation and promotion of multilateral structure at regional and global organisations, particularly ASEAN and the UN.
Vietnam has made significant contributions in implementing shared commitments on peace, security, sustainable development, and human rights, firstly for the people as well as toward a more peaceful, prosperous, and just world, said the diplomat.
