Vietnam to host meeting of ASEAN Maritime Transport Working Group
(VOVWORLD) - The ASEAN Maritime Transport Working Group (MTWG) Meeting will take place virtually in Hanoi on Wednesday and Thursday.
10 ASEAN member states, the ASEAN Secretariat, the International Maritime Organization (IMO), dialogue partners, and regional associations will attend this 42nd meeting of the Group.
High on the agenda will be the implementation of the Kuala Lumpur Transport Strategic Plan until 2025 and the 2022-2023 action plan, new initiatives in the maritime transport sector, and related cooperation with the IMO and dialogue partners.
