(VOVWORLD) - Green tourism will be the highlight of the 4-day Vietnam International Travel Mart (VITM) 2019, opening in Hanoi’s Friendship Palace on March 27.

500 booths from 25 countries and territories, including DPRK and Peru, will introduce ecological, community, and agricultural tourism products and initiatives in environmental protection and climate change. The event, a response to the UN’s sustainable development strategy until 2030, will hand out 40,000 promotional air tickets and 18,000 discounted tours.
