The program is a collaboration of the Vietnam Digital Communications Association and the Support Centre for Youth Startups of the Vietnam Youth Union.
It focuses on three aspects: cooperation to improve the digital business capacity of 20 million Vietnamese youth and teach the skills needed to build a social media channel on digital platforms; upgrading of schools and public housing for teachers at 50 schools and 15 school kitchens until 2030; and the elimination of dilapidated and damaged houses.

“It aims to connect social resources and increase access to the digital economy,” Khoi noted.
At the launch ceremony, the BigHeart Multi-channel Network (BigHeart MCN) was introduced. The network helps content creators, businesses, and brands introduce and provide their products and services to target customers through a multimedia communication platform.
