Vietnam upgrades relations with 11 countries in 7 months
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam has strengthened cooperation with its partners over the past seven months, upgrading relations with 11 countries, Deputy Foreign Minister Le Thi Thu Hang said at a conference in Hanoi on Friday.

Vietnam now counts 13 comprehensive strategic partners, 10 strategic partners, and 15 comprehensive partners.
During this period, senior leaders conducted 55 external activities, while foreign arrivals to Vietnam also rose significantly, she noted.
Deputy Minister Hàng emphasized that Vietnam’s priority is to safeguard a peaceful, stable environment, maintain an expansive foreign policy space, and harness internal strength to achieve the 2025 growth target of 8%.
She also underlined the importance of science and technology diplomacy in attracting external resources.
