Vietnamese men’s football team maintains top SEA spot in latest FIFA rankings
(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnamese men’s national football team has kept its ranking as Southeast Asia’s best team, according to the latest world rankings released by FIFA.

The national team currently has a total of 1,258 points, making it the 14th best team in Asia and the 94th best team globally. Japan topped the list in Asia, closely followed by Iran, the Republic of Korea, and Australia.
Vietnam’s national men’s football team will play a friendly match against Kyrgyzstan on March 26, in preparation for its 2022 World Cup qualifier against Malaysia.
