Vietnamese troops responsibly participate in UN peace keeping
(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnam House in Washington DC has hosted a ceremony to mark the 76th anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army and the 31st anniversary of the All People National Defense’s Day on December 22.

Addressing the ceremony on Friday, Vietnamese Ambassador to the US, Ha Kim Ngoc, praised the role played by the Vietnamese soldiers in international integration, especially in joining the United Nations peace keeping and humanitarian support activities for world peace and stability.
He praised efforts by the Vietnamese National Defense Attaché Office in the US for promoting external relations defense so as to boost Vietnam- US comprehensive partnership.
