(VOVworld) - The Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy and Thai Nguyen University opened a workshop on Vietnam-India relations on Friday.

The conference on Vietnam-India relations held at Thai Nguyen University

Delegates discussed ways to promote bilateral strategic partnership through exchanges of high level visits and expansion in technology and trade cooperation.
They explored the relations between India and ASEAN and impact on Vietnam -India ties in the early 21^st century, President Ho Chi Minh and India, India in the Asia-Pacific and its Look East policy.
Delegates said more trade fairs and exhibitions should be opened to strengthen mutual market understanding and promote tertiary educational cooperation.
