(VOVworld) – The 2^nd Vietnam-Japan high-level dialogue on agricultural co-operation opened on Wednesday in Hanoi where both sides agreed to boost trade in agro-forestry products. Vietnam proposed that Japan should allow imports of mangoes from Vietnam while considering opening its market to fresh Vietnamese red dragon fruit and litchi. Both sides pledged to create favorable conditions for Japanese businesses to directly invest in Vietnam and to boost bilateral cooperation in agricultural production, cultivation, husbandry, and the procession of agro-forestry products.
