Pham The Anh, Chief Economist of the Vietnam Institute for Economic and Policy Research talked to VOV in a recent interview.

“Vietnam sees even greater prospects for economic growth this year if businesses keep faith in their operation and COVID-19’s containment around the world, and if Vietnam is able to maintain its macro-economic stability, low interest rate, foreign exchange rate, and inflation rate. The recovery of export markets and the domestic market will encourage Vietnamese firms to resume investing, pushing Vietnam’s growth higher than forecast,” said Anh.
