The team set up two emergency tents, each capable of accommodating 10 to 12 patients, to support the hospital in treating and caring for those affected. A variety of medical supplies, medicines, and equipment were also donated.
In addition, the team gave gifts and cash to individuals who were seriously injured in the earthquake. These supplies were drawn from the team’s own provisions, shared to support people in need.
Receiving the supplies from the Vietnamese delegation, Soe Mon Mon, a representative of the 1,000-bed hospital, expressed her deep appreciation for the team's kindness and extended heartfelt thanks to the Vietnamese Government and people, especially the Ministry of Public Security.
As of Friday, after six days of tireless efforts, the Vietnamese team had located seven deceased victims and handed them over to their families and local authorities.
