(VOVworld) – The Association of Nghe An Natives in Russia held a ceremony last week to mark its 4^th founding anniversary and celebrate Vietnam’s Women’s Day on October 20. Representatives of the Vietnamese embassy and media organizations attended the event. The Association in recent years has contributed to helping disadvantaged people, martyrs’ mothers, children with disabilities, and victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in Nghe An and Vietnam.
