Vocational training adapts to new growth models, global integration

Nguyen Hong Minh, General Director of the Directorate of Vocational Training, at the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, said: “The trained work force accounts for 70% of Vietnam’s human resources. In the context of the 4th Industrial Revolution and Vietnam being a middle income country, if we don’t develop vocational training to supply a work force for production, we’ll fall into the middle income trap.”
