(VOVworld)- Cambodian Prime Minister Hunsen has praised the Vietnamese government and people for their support to Cambodian people and the broadcasting sector in particular.

At a meeting with VOV President Nguyen Dang Tien at the Peace Palace in Phnom Penh on Friday, the Cambodian Prime Minister urged the two countries’ National Radio Stations to boost cooperation in adjusting frequency in the border areas to prevent overlapping and interference.

Since 1978, VOV has helped Cambodia to develop a radio broadcasting network throughout Cambodia. On Thursday, VOV President Nguyen Dang Tien met with leaders of Cambodia’s TV Station and Radio Station. They praised VOV’s support over the years, especially for the establishment of 15 FM transmission stations and a synchronous program production system.
