(VOVWORLD) - Multi-sectoral information in Vietnam will be integrated on the web portal https://vietnam.vn which was launched by the Department of External Information of the Ministry of Information and Communications on Thursday.

The web portal will collect information from over 100 press agencies, information portals of 63 provinces and cities, and data sources of organizations, businesses, and individuals to provide viewers with an array of multi-dimensional information about Vietnam.
The portal will continuously update local promotional information, aggregate beautiful images and videos of Vietnam, introduce Vietnamese role models and influencers, and become a forum for all people to share their views on Vietnam’s land and people.
https://vietnam.vn uses Google’s automatic translation tool to translate all content into English, French, German, Russian, Korean, and Japanese.
The Department of External Information launched the contest "Happy Vietnam 2023" with the theme "For everyone's happiness". This is a photo and video contest for Vietnamese and foreigners around the world to promote Vietnam. The prizes total 17,000 USD.
