Working atmosphere in localities
(VOV) – The construction on major projects in Da Nang city has been resumed after two days of Tet holiday. Nearly 300 workers have been back to the construction of the Rong or Dragon bridge. Mechanic Tran Tat Hoan says he and hundreds of other workers, who come from other places, stay at the construction site to enjoy Tet. "We have to stay here because of our work. It’s sad to be away from home during Tet, but we are in good spirit to work," Hoan says.

Nearly 95% of the major work of the Rong Bridge have been completed. Engineer Nguyen Van Toan is in charge of the last construction part, which is focusing on the head and the tail of the dragon. Toan said: "We have considered many designs and decided to divide the dragon’s head into 4 parts. It will ensure the construction’s quality and shape."
On the second day of Tet holiday, scores of high-capacity fishing boats of Ly Son island in Quang Ngai province held a celebration to begin a new fishing year. From the 6th to the 10th day of Tet, about 200 fishing boats will depart for a new season of off-shore fishing.
