Workshop discusses ways to improve Party leadership
(VOVworld)-Reforming the Party’s leadership and streamlining the political sytem was the topic of a workshop in Hanoi on Saturday.

“The 12th National Party Congress stressed the need to continue streamlining the Party apparatus and political system to improve the quality of management. It’s crucial to raise the quality of public employees and officials while speeding up personnel retrenchment in the entire political system”, Pham Minh Chinh, Head of the Party Central Committee’s Organization Commission, told the delegates.
Participants recommended measures to avoid the overlapping of functions between Party organizations at different levels.
