World leaders respond to Brexit

Japanese Finance Minister said Japan is keeping a close watch on the situation and warned of world economic risks following Brexit. Across Europe, politicians and press have been responding to the news with mixed reactions, including some leaders now calling for a similar referendum to be held in their own country. President of the European Parliament, Martin Schulz has said that the UK's ambiguous relationship towards Europe is now clear. The British pound has lost its value to lowest level since 1985 while global stock markets were in turmoil despite the Bank of England reassured investors of necessary steps to keep the British economic rock solid.
