Truong Thi Mai, Head of the Party Central Committee’s Mass Mobilization Commission, addressed the launch ceremony: “We need to bring into full play the potential of young people in remote, border and island regions. Youth Unions should make the volunteer campaign a routine activity.”

This year’s 3-month campaign aims to build or repair hundreds of bridges and roads, provide health check-ups and medical treatment to 50,000 people, and construct and renovate 1,000 recreational centers for children.
