Zelensky to discuss 28-point plan with US President
(VOVWORLD) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Monday that he plans to discuss sensitive issues related to the newly proposed 28-point peace plan with US President Donald Trump. In an online statement, Zelensky stressed that Ukraine values the support of partner countries and appreciates the US’s “constructive approach.”

The same day, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said the US and Ukraine have held productive talks on a potential agreement to end the conflict, adding that President Trump remains optimistic about reaching a deal.
In related news, waves of drone attacks continued to strike both Ukraine and Russia on Tuesday, causing casualties and damage in multiple areas. In Kyiv, Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that in addition to a building in Pechersk district being hit, the attacks disrupted power and water supplies in several parts of the capital.
In southern Russia, several provinces and cities, including Rostov, Taganrog, Krasnodar, Novorossiysk, reported damage from a large-scale drone strike.
