(VOVWORLD) - The Binh Thuan provincial People’s Court would like to inform Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Tram (Nguyen Tram Thi Thuy) on the divorce case with Mr. Huynh Minh Quan.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Tram was born in 1984. Her passport number is 588019656, issued on August 15, 2018 in the United States. Her address is 2025 Fulton Place Apt 664 Reston VA 20191, USA.
Pursuant to Articles 28, 35, 37, 470, 147, 153, 477, and 478 of the Civil Procedure Code; Articles 19, 56, 123, 127 of the Law on Family and Marriage; and Article 27 of Resolution 326/2016/UBTVQH 14 dated December 30, 2016 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Court decision was stated as follow:
1.Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mr. Huynh Minh Quan and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuy Tram (Nguyen Tram Thi Thuy) are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Court fee: Mr. Huynh Minh Quan has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt 0000212 dated March 25, 2024 of the Binh Thuan Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement. Mr. Huynh Minh Quan has already paid.
3. The fee for judicial entrustment abroad that Mr. Huynh Minh Quan must pay is 200,000 VND. He has paid in advance 200,000 VND (two hundred thousand VND), ,which has been deducted from the 200,000 VND he already paid according to receipt No. 0000240 dated April 22, 2024 of the Binh Thuan Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.
Mr. Huynh Minh Quan shall also bear the cost of translation, notarization, and authentication of the judicial entrustment documents, amounting to 3,950,000 VND (three million nine hundred fifty thousand dong) and an actual cost of 95 (ninety five) USD. Mr. Huynh Minh Quan has already paid.
4. Publication costs:
Mr. Huynh Minh Quan voluntarily bears the cost of publication prior to trial, which amounts to 2,750,000 VND (two million seven hundred fifty thousand dong). Mr. Quân has fully paid this amount.
Mr. Huynh Minh Quan voluntarily agreed to cover all costs related to the publication of the judgment incurred after the first-instance trial, in accordance with regulations.
5. Mr. Huynh Minh Quan has the right to appeal within 15 days from the date he receives the judgment or the date the judgment is legally posted. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Tram (Nguyen Tram Thi Thuy) has the right to appeal within 01 month from the date the judgment is legally pronounced or the date the judgment is posted.
