(VOVWORLD) - The Can Tho municipal People’s Court would like to inform US citizen Nguyen Jimmy about the ruling on the divorce case with Mrs. Bui Thi Ngoc Lan.
Mr. Nguyen Jimmy’s most recently known address is 10461 Hedlund Dr, Anaheim, CA 92804, USA.
Mrs. Bui Thi Ngoc Lan lives in Trang Tho B, Trung Nhut ward, Thot Not district, Can Tho city.
In the Decree of Divorce (No. 58/2019/HNGD-ST) dated April 25, 2019, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:
1.Marital relationship: The court accepted Mrs. Bui Thi Ngoc Lan’s request to divorce Mr. Nguyen Jimmy and decided that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Children, shared assets and loans: Mr. Nguyen Jimmy and Mrs. Bui Thi Ngoc Lan are known to have no request for these issues, thus no settlement is made. They are entitled to file a complaint to the court if any dispute arises.
3. Court fee: Mrs. Bui Thi Ngoc Lan as the petitioner is required to pay the court fee. Mrs. Lan has fully paid the fee.
4. Right of appeal: Mrs. Bui Thi Ngoc Lan has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mr. Nguyen Jimmy to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 1 month after the decree is announced.
Note: The appeal against the Court’s ruling should be submitted to the higher People’s Court in Ho Chi Minh City.
