(VOVWORLD) - The People’s Court of Can Tho city would like to notify Mr. Rajaee Amir Hossein of the divorce case filed by petitioner Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong.
Mr. Rajaee Amir Hossein, born on September 21, 1990, resides at No. 8 Roshanaei St., Safa St., Sharyati St., Najaf Abad, Isfahan, Iran.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong, born on August 5, 1980, resides at 6/9 Ngo Huu Hanh, Tan An ward, Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city, Vietnam (Now: 6/9 Ngo Huu Hanh, Ninh Kieu ward, Can Tho city).
The Court issued Judgment No. 169/2025/HNGĐ-ST dated August 25, 2025:
1. Divorce: The Court grants Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong a divorce from Mr. Rajaee Amir Hossein.
2. Children and Property: As the petitioner declared that none exist, the Court makes no ruling on these matters.
The petitioner, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong, has the right to appeal within 15 days from the date of receiving the judgment.
The respondent, Mr. Rajaee Amir Hossein, has the right to appeal within one month from the date the judgment is duly served or posted in accordance with the law, by requesting the Appellate Division of the Supreme People’s Court in Ho Chi Minh City to conduct an appellate trial as provided by law.
