(VOVWORLD) - The Can Tho city People’s Court would like to notify Mr. See Pua Guan of the divorce case filed by Mrs. Nguyen Thi Be Nhiem.
Mr. See Pua Guan, born in 1972, resides at 43 Jalan USJ 4/1G, 46700 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Be Nhiem was born in 1986 and resides in Phuoc Loc area, Tan Loc ward, Thot Not district, Can Tho city.
The Court issued Judgment No. 83/2025/HNGĐ-ST dated May 12, 2025:
- Divorce: The Court grants Mrs. Nguyen Thi Be Nhiem a divorce from Mr. See Pua Guan.
- Child: Their child, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuyen Duyen (Pua Chern Lan), born in 2006, has reached adulthood.
- Property: As the petitioner declared that none exists, the Court makes no ruling on this matter.
The petitioner, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Be Nhiem, has the right to appeal within 15 days from the date of receiving the judgment.
The respondent, Mr. See Pua Guan, has the right to appeal within one month from the date the judgment is duly served or posted in accordance with the law, by requesting the Appellate Division of the Supreme People’s Court in Ho Chi Minh City to conduct an appellate trial as provided by law.
