(VOVWORLD) - The Can Tho provincial People’s Court requests that Korean citizen Jeon Sinwoo, born in 1968, attend the trial on the divorce case with Mrs. Tran Thi Kieu Oanh, born in 1987.
Mr. Kim Giseong’s most recently known address (according to the marriage certificate with Mrs. Tran Thi Kieu Oanh) is No.220 Kamman-tong, Nam-Ku, Busan city, the Republic of Korea.
The first court session will begin at 08.00 am (local time), September 12, 2018.
A second court session will begin at 08.00 am (local time), October 9, 2018.
The upcoming trials will take place at the Can Tho provincial People’s Court at 400 Nguyen Van Cu Street, An Khanh ward, Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city, Vietnam.
If Mr. Jeon Sinwoo is not able to attend the trials, he is requested to submit a written document explaining his absence or the Can Tho provincial People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by law.
