(VOVWORLD) - The People’s Court of Vinh Long province would like to inform Mrs. Le Thi Xuan Dung (LE DUNG T) on the divorce case filed by Mr. Vo Hong Phuoc.
Mrs. Le Thi Xuan Dung (LE DUNG T) was born in 1975, residing at 521 Quail Lane, Floresville, TX 78114, USA.
Mr. Vo Hong Phuoc was born in 1985, residing at No. 3153, residential group 20, Thuan Tan A hamlet, Thuan An commune, Binh Minh town, Vinh Long province (now No. 3153, residential group 20, Binh Minh ward, Vinh Long province, Vietnam).
The first court hearing will take place at 07:30 a.m. (Vietnam time) on November 14, 2025.
A second court hearing will be held at 07:30 a.m. (Vietnam time) on December 1, 2025.
Venue: Headquarters of the People’s Court of Vinh Long province, No. 500, Phuoc Nguon A quarter, Phuoc Hau ward, Vinh Long province, Vietnam.
Mrs. Le Thi Xuan Dung (LE DUNG T) is requested to be present at the time and place stated above to participate in the court hearing.
Should Mrs. Le Thi Xuan Dung (LE DUNG T) fail to appear, the Court will carry out necessary procedures in her absence as stipulated by Vietnamese law.
