Notice from Vinh Long province People's Court to Pham, Long Thanh
(VOVWORLD) - The People’s Court of Vinh Long province notifies Mr. Pham, Long Thanh (Pham Thanh Long), born in 1966, residing at 1212 Safari Dr., Needles, CA 92363, USA, of the divorce case with Ms. Nguyen Pham Bao Khanh.
According to Judgment No. 65/2025/HNGĐ-ST dated September 22, 2025, the court ruled that:

The Court accepted the petition of Ms. Nguyen Pham Bao Khanh.
Marriage: Ms. Nguyen Pham Bao Khanh and Mr. Pham, Long Thanh (Pham Thanh Long) are divorced.

Court fees and other legal expenses: Ms. Nguyen Pham Bao Khanh shall pay 300,000 VND in first-instance civil court fees and 200,000 VND for overseas judicial entrustment. These amounts are deducted from the advance payments made under receipts No. 0015122 (October 10, 2024) and No. 0015216 (January 9, 2025) at the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Vinh Long province (now civil judgment enforcement of Vinh Long province).
Ms. Nguyen Pham Bao Khanh has the right to appeal within 15 days from the date of pronouncement. Mr. Pham, Long Thanh (Pham Thanh Long) has the right to appeal within 12 months from the date of pronouncement.
