(VOVWORLD) - The Vinh Long provincial People’s Court would like to inform Mr. Thach Chinh on the divorce case with Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Lien.
Mr. Thach Chinh was born in 1965. His most recent known address is 3334 W Pierson St. Phoenix AZ 85017, USA.
Pursuant to Article 51, 56, and 127 of the 2014 Vietnamese Law on Marriage and Family, Paragraph 5 Article 27 of the Decree 326/2016/UBTVQH14 dated December 30, 2016 by the Vietnamese National Assembly Standing Committee on court fees,
The Court decision was stated as follow:
1. Marital relationship: Mr. Thach Chinh and Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Lien are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Court fee and other procedure fee: Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Lien already paid as described in Receipt No.2560 dated December 27, 2019 by the Vinh Long Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Lien has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. The duration for Mr. Thach Chinh to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 30 days after the decree is announced.
