Mr. Thach Ly Sun was born in 1978. He now resides in Thon Ron Hamlet, Tra Con Commune, Tra On District, Vinh Long Province, Vietnam.

In the Decree of Divorce No. 20/2021/HNGĐ-ST dated May 27, 2021, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:

1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Ms. Huynh So Muon and Mr. Thach Ly Sun are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.

2. Children and shared assets and debts: There was no request for settlement.

3. Court fee: Mr. Thach Ly Sun has to pay judicial entrustment fees as described in Receipt No. 0003178 dated October, 19, 2020 and Receipt No. 0003207 and 0003206 dated November 26, 2020 of the Vinh Long's Department of Civil Judgment Execution. Mr. Thach Ly Sun fully paid the fees.

4. Notice posting fee: Mr. Thach Ly Sun already paid the notice posting fee, which is 2,000,000 VND (two million VND).

Mr. Thach Ly Sun has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. 

The duration for Ms. Huynh So Muon to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 30 days after the decree is announced.

If Ms. Huynh So Muon chooses to appeal, all related documents should be sent to the Vinh Long provincial People’s Court, No. 500, Phuoc Nguon A group, Phuoc Hau commune, Long Ho district, Vinh Long province, Vietnam.

If there is no response from Ms. Huynh So Muon after one month, the Court’s decision will come into effect.
