(VOVworld) – The 2014 Spring Press Festival opened on Tuesday in the northern province of Nam Dinh with more than 500 publications of media agencies nationwide.

On this occasion, a documentary photo exhibition took place in the provincial library to introduce Nam Dinh’s achievements in socio-economic development last year.

A similar exhibition was held in Tam Ky city, the central province of Quang Nam featuring 250 most outstanding press publications.
