Citizens’ satisfaction on state administrative services assessed
(VOVworld) - Recent surveys show that more than 80% of individuals and organizations in Vietnam have expressed their satisfaction with public services relating to land, construction, health care, culture and investment. The surveys were conducted in Binh Dinh, Phu Tho and Thanh Hoa province. Experiences in surveying satisfaction with public services were shared in a workshop organised by the Ministry of Home Affairs and the World Bank in Hanoi on Wednesday. Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Tien Dinh said that although Vietnam has achieved remarkable achievements in improving public services, there remain differences between regions and localities. The Ministry of Home Affairs plans to conduct similar surveys in other localities in Vietnam. 30,000 questionnaires will be sent out in 70 districts and 210 communes in 20 central cities and provinces.
