Rajan said that all people interviewed in a survey said they had good experience in Hanoi, adding that the film crew were also fascinated by the city and wished to visit it again. The survey was conducted by BDRC Continental, the UK's largest independent research consultancy, on ISO 20252, an international quality standard for market research. Most CNN viewers agreed the broadcasts showed them that Hanoi is home to many heritages, historical relics, interesting landmarks, and an attractive tourist destination. Rajan said that the third clip about Vietnam will be complete in several months, which is expected to introduce different aspects of Hanoi to the world.
