(VOVworld)- On Thursday, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized an exchange program with outstanding students, athletes, and teachers from ethnic minority groups.

This is the Ministry’s biennial program aiming to encourage ethnic minority students, athletes, and teachers to exchange experience in preserving and promoting their cultures. In his address, the Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Dang Thi Bich Lien highlighted the Vietnamese Party and State’s policies for ethnic minority affairs, especially young ethnic minority people. She stressed their important role in promoting the cultural value of ethnic minority groups.
