Integrating gender issues in labor, job policy
(VOVWORLD) -The Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs and the International Labor Organization co-organized a conference on integrating gender issues in labor and job policy to ensure sustainable employment.

Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs Doan Mau Diep said: “In Vietnam combining gender issues in policy is compulsory according to the Law on Gender Equality. The Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs has guaranteed it in compiling and revising the Labor Code, the Law on Employment, the Law on Work Safety, and the Law on Social Insurance. Integrating gender issues in policy has been applied strictly in building any law and legal document.”
