(VOVWorld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has urged all ministries, sectors and agencies to combat corruption as stated in the resolution made at the 11^th National Party Congress.

Dung co-chaired a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc in Hanoi on Wednesday to review anti-corruption measures during the first quarter and work on plans for the next quarter. He also noted that fighting corruption must be a primary task for every ministry and sector, along with party building work. The Prime Minister called for more efforts to uncover and prevent corruption in addition to the strict and transparent settlement of corruption cases. He also emphasized on the need to the supervision of people and mass organizations during the fight against corruption, waste, and social evils. The government leader also urged relevant organizations to increase anti-corruption advocacy and speed up corruption cases.
